95 maxima in need of transmission

i have a 95 maxima se VQ30 with a 5sp. i blew the transmission and im looking for the easiest and least costly solution without buying a new car. any one know of a jdm engine/transmission that will fit or anything i can do.

also some1 suggested the vg30 engine and i wasnt sure if that was possible to swap into my maxima.. is it?

The only cost-effective option is to find a used VQ30 and transmission to put in it. Anything that didn't come in the car will be a massive ordeal to swap.

JDM takeout motors are a good option. Usually low miles.
