95 maxima daylight running light

I have 95 Maxima.One of the lights on daylight mode is off always.Nothing wrong with the bulb.When I turn the light switch both head light bulbs are on .The low beam and high beam are OK.

I'm trying to locate the daylight control module or the electronic board or relays?.Any ideas.Thanks in advance.

I'm not too sure about this being that 4th gens (USDM) did not have DRL. I know in GM's there's a fuse for them.
