95 Mass Air Issue

Hey guys seems I am having another problem. Here is the deal. Someone changed the motor over in my 98 to a 95 ka24de and messed up the wiring like mad. Ok, the mass air flow has 4 prongs on the inside of it but my plug connector only has 3 wires running in it. Should there be 4? I have included a picture I drew up that came out of the FSM that i don't completely understand.



What is this To Mil Ind.???? And from what this diagram says should it be 4 wires?
