That's a lot of money for a car with that many miles. I mean, yeah, I'm sure a lot of them were highway miles, but that's really not the issue. For me, that's just a little too close to 300K.
I bought my 91 S13 (previous generation 240sx, fastback model) with 190,000 on the odo. For me, the car + headers + intake + aftermarket wheels = 2100. You've got like 80,000 miles more on a car that's four years younger. I wouldn't pay more than 2200-2500 for it. Expect that you'll rebuild or replace the motor in the next year, have a transmission flush and seal, replace the clutch, install a new fuel filter, possibly the injectors, etc. etc. Also, you'll probably want to clean up the interior.
Also, make sure you can get ahold of as much of the paperwork as you can. Having a tangible history for the car is worth a couple hundred bucks, in my opinion, and while certainly not a deal-breaker, buying a car without service papers will leave you in the dark as to what has and hasn't been done. Look to see if the 30k, 60k and 90k tuneups have been done.
After that, just make sure you like the way it sounds and rides.
