95 kade turns over fine stubles and dies when cold

just picked up an s14 95 everything stock when i go to turn it on after its been sitting for more than 2 hours it turnsover fine then stumbles and dies and lease twice then ill stuble few a few seconds and usually stay on, besides that it drives fine . was thinking iot may be the FPR may not be hold=ing the fuel pressure when off , can anybody confirm this?
