A friend and I are currently doing a 95' KA24DE swap into a 90' 240sx. Everything is all set except we don't get fuel running. The fuel pump is hooked up correctly but we think it's a problem with the wiring. If anyone has any tips or suggestion.. they're all welcome. Also, anyone know what to about headlights? 90' is flip up but the ecu of a 95' is not. :ylsuperbest 240 motor?

First off, welcome to NICO. Just a suggestion, asking which Nissan Engine is best is like asking which religion is the right one; discussions usually don't go very well. They each have their advantages and disadvantages and it comes down to goals and personal preference. So please don't ask.As far as your questions go1. Go to the back of the car and unplug the fuel pump. Switch the car ignition to power (right before it cranks). Take a multimeter to the plug on the fuel pump and check to see if any of the wires are getting 12v power (since I can't remember off the top of my head which it is). If none of them have 12v, then check the fuel pump relay in the fuse box by the battery. I believe the top and bottom right should be 12v powered with the car in the "powered" ignition position (when I say top and bottom right, that's viewing the fusebox while standing on the passenger side of the car). Depending on what you find there can tell you where to go next. Let us know how that goes.

2. The lights are not controlled by the ECU, so you should have no problem using them as you normally would.
