95 ka24de injectors not firing!!

i have a 95 dohc in my 90. usin all s13 electronics.. the plugs r firing but the injectors arent firing fuel. there is fuel going into the rail and goin out the return tube. pump comes on, pressure seems good. but no signal to the injectors? plz help :yesnod

Check the distributor and Engine Control Module.
