95 ka24de injectors not firing!!

i have a 95 dohc in my 90. usin all s13 electronics.. the plugs r firing but the injectors arent firing fuel. there is fuel going into the rail and goin out the return tube. pump comes on, pressure seems good. but no signal to the injectors? plz help

Check the Crank Angle Sensor and ECU.

Are the spark plugs firing?

everything on the coil, dist, and maf r plugged in correctly. the ecu is fine as well. I checked the injector curcuit on the fsm and i seem to have it all connect.. yes the plugs are firing.

How clean is the intake, Valves....?

im assuming pretty clean. the valve train looks great.. still has the yellow and green paint on the cams i've timed it 4-5 times already

idk y that would keep the injectors from firing entirely.. anyone else have any input?
