My 95 J30T, 102k miles, has developed a pull to the right after 5000 miles on 4 new Falkin tires. 4 wheel alignment was done at time of tire installation. Alignment has been re-checked twice by 2 different gargages.. All OK. Dealer put 2 new front tires on and still pulls to right, even at low speeds. Everything brakes, shocks etc were checked. Can't figure out why. Any help?

Thanks Richard

ok your alignment is really good... only thing i can think is one of your brakes is dragging..... seems unlikely?

Have you checked your tire inflation all around?

check ball joints, and tie rods, lift each front side, lock your steering wheel, try to move the tire from side to side rapidly (you will be checking tie rods), a little movement is okay (steering wheel never fully locks, it always has a little play), but you will be able to feel that something is loose if there is something wrong with the tie rod

second thing (checking ball joints), try to move the tire up and down by pushing the tire inward at the top, and pulling the tire outward from the bottom (again rapidly), there shouldnt be any movement, if there is then it is a ball joint problem

to do that test, make sure that you lift the car properly and safely

Thanks for the responce.

All of those suggestions were check by dealer. Everything mechanically seem fine. Is it possible the type of tire by design does not work well with the J30?

Front end people tell me its the tires, the tire people tell me its mechanical.

I have a set of snows on now, and am going to put on the front just to see if it stills pulls right. If not it must be the tires.

It was the tires. When I put the snows on the front the car ran straight as an arrow. Still don't understand whats up with those tires. Falkens.
