95'j30 tightening torque specs for suspension?

im replacing bellows on all my shocks and front lower control arms ball joints which im actually just replacing the boots on the ball joint. upon inspecting the ball joint notice rips on the boots the ball joints seen to still be good no slack or play so im just getting some boots from jegs.com dimmension are very close hoping the'll work , also replacing the rod tie ends . im looking at service manual still dont get what is the torquec specs for all the nutts . anybody knows those tighthening torque specs

tie rod ends - nut
lower control arm ball joint's nut
top nut on the front struts thanks

or how to read the torquec specs on the service manual .

torque specs in the FSM are spec as follows:
newton meters (kilogram meter, ft-lbs)
use whatever your torque wrench shows..usually in the US it's ft-lbs, such as 55 ft-lbs of torque

tie rod ends - nut: 47-80 ft lbs
lower control arm ball joint's nut: 71-88 ft lbs
top nut on the front struts: 43-54 ft lbs

thanks fourdrinie i will do so. and i just received the boots from jegs dimensions a bit smaller on top and botton ill make work though.

Does anyone know where to get cheap 1996 j30t front lower control arms, or if the same year 300zx or 240sx control arms fit the j30? Please!?
