95 hardbody sr20 motor mount help

ill start off with me introducing my self my name is bazil and i just bought a 95 nissan pickup about 2 weeks ago and purchased a s14 sr20 motor with trans. i have learned a lot from older posts about this but im stuck on the motor mounts falling into place. i have circuit sport motor mounts which is just a one bolt system and i can seem to get them to line up with the holes on the chassis mounts. i have hammered in the fire wall all around the trans area and o2 housing. the holes that im trying to use are the threaded holes that are nearest to the fire wall in the chassis mounts i have also drilled them out and the driver side lines up a little but the passenger side one wont. i havent tried the factory mount which is what i might try next or even make a custom mount but i dont think i should have to.
