95 Fuseable link

I have every reason to believe that my fusible link at the battery positive terminal of my 95 Nissan D 21 2.4 is bad or going bad
What’s the procedure for changing this out? And how readily available are the parts? What should I expect the cost to be. I would like to do the negative cable as well.

The links should be available from auto parts stores. I would think no more than 10 or 15 bucks.
