95 cam cap problem

One of the bolts on one of the cam caps snaped off, I can't seem to get it out with a bolt extractor. Can I just drill it out compleately and rethread it? I'd ask around but it's the weekend so all mechanics are closed and the guy's at advanced auto know less than I do. hehe, any advice would be appreciated.

You might be able to. Or you could probably helicoil it.
