95' Base S14 A/C only works on #4

Hi guys I have this problem with my cars a/c/, its minor but just wondering why its doing this and wanna fix it if I can.

Anyways to the point... My A/C only works on #4 when I turn the knob to #1-3 it doesnt. A/C Blows really cold, just wish I could turn it down sometimes. At 1st I thought it was the climate control so I swapped it out and its the same with the other one. check the a/c fuse behind the panel on the drivers side and it wasnt blown. I didnt check the relay though that could be it but any other ideas that might be causeing this?

There is a resistor right under the blower motor. it looks like a credit card this controlls the speed of the fan. there is one small phillips screw that holds it in.

ahhh ok thanks man. ill check it out. that can burn out or something? what should I look for?

this is a common problem with the 240. just replace it with another one
