95 altima rear disc conversion

has anyone done a disc conversion on a altima, drum to disc?what involve in it?

I was looking into this as well. But can't find a knuckle or rear subframe that'll match up to the 95 altima. I dunno though, the rear brakes isn't where most of the brake bias is located though. It wasn't worth the time/money to fab up some rear disc brake setup. But if anyone's got any ideas for 95ka24 or me that'd kick arse.
