95 Altima Fusebox Question

The fuse box has three vertical fuses as circled in the first picture on top. The fuse box diagram provided on the cover of the fuse box doesn't describe anything about these three fuses, neither does the Factory Service Manual. Could anybody please tell me what they are for?

Checked them for any current? Coincidental that there is one 10, 15, and a 20 - spares?
