95 altima 12 volts to distributor?

I have a 95 altima (KA24DE) and the car wont start. its been sitting for about three months untouched. now i try to start it and it will turn over but not fire. so i did some testing and my distributor is getting 12v after the coil. i changed the coil and the distributor from my old ka but nothing. any suggestions on what this would be caused from would be appreciated.
