Yeah, but if it goes for ~$1500, there's plenty left for "mechanical restoration", but I prefer the 3rd gen body style.

Yeah, and it's an auto. My guess is the transmission was starting to go, so they donated it. If it was a 5spd, I'd give it some serious thought. Ending price should still leave alot of room for repairs.

Thanks for the 2 you linked. I had looked at them already, but they're both auto's and I don't want that for this cars purpose.
There's still the one in NJ, that's had an engine and transmission rebuild in the last year. And the swapped leather interior.
I'll just keep looking, no big hurry.
