i love the 95-98 240sx i recently had a mazda mx-6ls 2.5 v6 loved that as well but this nissan is my dream car

ok im lookin to buy a 95-98 nissan 240sx but i need it with a 6cylinder motor and would like a 5spd but automatic is ok . im not sure if im posting in the right spot. but i need it to be legal for driving use in california. also im lookin to buy a r33 body kit for the nissan 240sx is there any types of mods you have to do to make the r33 bodykit fit ?

but im not lookin to spend ten grand im lookin for more like 5 grand on the car

the s14's did not come with a 6 cylinder you'll have to fine one with a rb swap those are straight 6's at least or find someone that's done a 300zx or 350zx motor swap but none of those will cost 5 grand you'll be spending at least 8-9 i think even more for a s14 with a rb swap, the others i mentioned will cost much more.

ok well then i guess ill settle for the 4banger motor thats in them an beef that lil bad boy up ha ha but im lookin to do a s15 cwest body kit or the r33 bodykit for 240 95-98 now is the s13-s14-s15 just a tricked out 240 or is it a class of its ownlike example: nissan 240sx then like many others i hear and see nissan silvia s-13-s14-s15 ? i lose my self with that .

or is that just a body kit on the 240?

but my dream i wanna start workin on is a nissan 240sx 95-98 and want it lookin something like this

please study more about S-Chassis because they only came with 4 Cylinders

PLEASE do not put some gay a** R-Chassis body kit on it. S14's are not S15's they look gay with S15 front cuz then they are unportional (thinnerand shorter)

they are different moddles of the car year wize....not exactlly sure wat years in japan but in US s13 is a *89-93 240sx *95-98 is an s14 and i think s15 where only made in japan from 99-02 and each model has even more sub sames chuki, zenki, and kouki but thats something apart from what your asking..............bottom line search ,search and search some more the search toolbar is to the right of the page almost anything and everything you can reasonably think of a 240sx has been covered

ok thank you and im doing alot of research on this car and i like getting answers from people who actually own a 240 now a sr20det can that be legal in california like pass smog emissions cuase on some sites people say yeah and some say no ? but i was reading up on the sr 20det and i like it alot cuase this 240 i want will deff be a project car but want to drive it on the street and yes of cuarse ill do a lil street racing but i also wanna beat alot of these civics in east county that think there fast

so right now just a few mods that will blow civics away would be nice like what kind exhuast intake cams? lowered ? tire /rim size stuff like that would be good to id like all input from everyone i know i sond pretty lame but hey cant blame me for wanting to know a good set up for a car of my dreams

lol these cars stock blow away most of the hondas from the same generation. In california swapping your motor is illegal unless your car qualifies to be smog exempt then you have no worries and in other states its not illiegal, you'll have to find a good smog guy to get buddy buddy with and pass them off 200 bucks or so they'll pass your car. power has a price, and i read a SR is the best way to go, considering the amount of money.

nice i like that my mazda mx6 ls 2.5 v6 blew civics away and i was all stock. but no alot of civics here in east county think there fast cuase they have exhuast and intake i know a few guys with fast civics but all the others im lookin to put em down and make em feel dumb for trying to show off when there not even that fast dont act it if you know you cant pull it off ya know?

sorry lost subject of the 240 ha ha. so is the engine bay of the 240 easy like to work on the motor cuase my mazda was the biggest pain in the a**

well s14.5 are not as appealing as a jdm kouki in my eyes but 13 hatches are like sexy with that 15 front end...
