I have a 97 Auto that I'm doing a 5spd swap on and picked up a 95 manual ECU. I've heard the two are interchangeable but may require swapping pins on the harness connector.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction on which pins need to be swapped (if any at all) and why they need to be?

Jim Wolf Technology website...look under "Tech Articles" or "Tech Resources"...there is a .PDF there with instructions.

You will also need to change/rewire the rear O2 sensor.
