95 240sx starter circuit trace

-1995 nissan 240sx OBDII manual conversion

-135K miles from a 1998 ka24de

-Tampa Florida, its hot, problem is worse with temperature

-relay in the kick panel is clicking,
-there is 12V switched on at the 30A fuse in the engine bay when the key is in the start position
-there is 12v switched on at the auto-park-lock out jumper thingy for auto-manual conversion cars above the fuse engine bay fuse box.

Do i need to check the P-park lock out switch on the trans tunnel? i'm thinking this is ahead of the 30A engine bay fuse? so no?

insert the standard "I'm too busy and car sharing sob story as to why i haven't got under the car yet to check the starter directly... "

is there anything else in line after the 30A fuse and the jumper at the top of the fuse box(auto-manual conversion) before the starter?

ABS module and lines make it impossible to hit the starter solenoid from above...

what are your thoughts?
