95 240sx speedometer ploblem!!!! only rpm work

i have a ploblem it doesnt work any ideas or clues on what it could be my rpm wasnt working then out of no were it started working and everything was fine but i recently i swap out my front bumper and stop working... plzz any ideas or clues on were to find the ploblem or how to diagonosed thanx
