95 240sx s14 weak clutch pedal

Ok so new to nissans but know a little bit about cars..
I have a shifting problem with my car and im not quit sure what it is or how to fix it. I just recently put another ka24de in my car and got it running right and installed a xtd stage 3 clutch in it. But the clutch pedal feels like paper still barely any resistance. Also slipped today once in 3rd gear but its a brand new clutch and its almost feels kinda like its grinding going into any gear except when i down shift. But its not a grind just weird vibration in shifter. I used 75-90 gl4-gl5 gear oil in it if that makes a difference. I bled the clutch but still feels really soft.
Any ideas what it is?
