95 240sx motor transmission swap to a 90 240sx.mods?suggestions

my friend is thinkin of buying a 95 240sx and putting a sr20det motor in it,and i was thinking of going either ca18det, or buying his motor and transmission for cheap and goin ka24det. is there any mods i would have to do with the transmission and motor to make it fit right? or does it bolt right up? this has probly been posted, but i cant find it anywhere. so any suggestions and tips would be greatly appreicated.
