95 240sx KA24E clutch kit does it fit?

I bought what I thought was the clutch kit for my car with stock KA24DE engine from Rockauto a few months back. I didn't get around to checking fitment until today, when I noticed that the part number for the Exedy OEM kit was 06009, which is specified for the KA24E (SOHC) instead of 06054 which is the P/N for the DE's.I put the pressure plate on the flywheel and it seems to fit, but I won't be getting around to actually putting it on the engine until a few weeks out. In the meantime, I'd like to make sure that this kit will work. Has anyone used SOHC clutch kits on DOHC and vice versa?
