95 240sx ka-t sputtering

When i am driving my car down the road at a constant speed, every couple of seconds it sputters then picks right back up. I know that i'm running rich at idle and on my avc-r the rpm's are eratic. I am not throwing any codes, so no help there. Idle is inconsistant too! If you could help narrow down the trouble areas it would be greatly appreciated! - I have an external wastegate(open dump), rec. bov, avc-r, tuned ecu

I'd first check the timing then the iacv. if you're running rich, check the mafs, cts, and tps. Did you have any other problems prior to the tuned ecu?
