I have been chasing this issue for a couple years now. Every year I take it of the garage in april/may and it runs great for a few months, then I get this hesitation/bogging issue that comes and goes. Seems to do it more when the car is hot. It never does it when I take it to the shop or the dealer, figures...

What I have done/eliminated:-New Cap, Rotor, Plug Wires, Plugs-All New Vacuum lines-New Knock Sensor-New o2 sensor-New IACV Control Solenoid-New intake manifold gasket-Tested injectors, fuel pump and pressure-Checked timing-New Fuel Filter-Tested EVERY emission sensor per FSM instructions-New TPS-New CPS-New PCV valve

I have been through the fsm back to front testing and reading. The only thing that seemed to help was the new plug wires, it went the second half of last season with no problems, this year they're back.

SO, my best guess is 1. Bad distributor2. Bad ECM3.Injector sticking open.

I would GREATLY appreciate any input!

Did you ever find the problem? I've got the same problem and have replaced just about everything.

I got the same problem. Its fine at first and then it takes like 20 seconds to get going to 45mph... its ridiculous. I had the injectors cleaned and the transmission flushed. My mechanic thinks it the cat. He said my cat is gettting clogged and making bad pressure. Hopefully that'll be it. Let me know if anyone else tried that...?
