95 240sx header uninstall problems & etc

Yea i am getting ready to install my brand new hotshot header in my 95 240sx se. I got the heatshield off and the the top 8 bolts loosened. The problem that i have is with the 2 bolts that are connected to the cat. I took off one bolt already but the other bolt i loosen but just keeps spinning. The bolt is a non stop spinner. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this problem so i could take the bolt out?

also another problem that i have is when i put my foot on the cluth it makes a buzzing noise. any idea y it is making a noise??keep in mind my car has 125 k miles on it. but kept in very good condition

Cut the one thats spinning off. Metal cutting blade on a dremel should work if the bolt is not too thick.

Buy replacement bolts + nuts, stainless if available. Don't buy the "non stop spinner" kind. Replace both bolts on the cat, use anti-seize on the threads.

Don't know about the buzzing, might be time to replace your clutch if its slipping.

okay thx. i will give that a try. Does anybody have any other ideas on how to getting the bolt off.
