Does anyone have experience with removing and cleaning the gas tank? For instance what all is in the way and what chemicals to use to remove gas residue and where to buy them?

when you go to drop the gas tank, there should be two straps holding it up and you gotta be careful of the fuel lines. if you look under your rear seats, you should see the access panel to the fuel pump and the lines. be sure to disconnect those lines and the plug for the pump.
