I have a 95 240sx (KA24DE) with intake and exhaust, and the MAF is broken. Can I replace it with a Q45 or 300ZX MAF? I see a lot of them for sale on Ebay for pretty cheap. Thanks

You can use either maf, but you'll need a way to compensate for the different voltages. Something like an s-afc, or a chipped ecu.

I called Nissan dealer, they want $512 for the MAF. Kragen wants $270. Is there anyway that I can run the car without MAF? Thanks

no. not unless you wanna spend a whole ton of money on engine management and a custom MAP setup, which i think would defeat your reasoning for wanting to delete it

cheaper to use a dohc mafs and leave it at that unless you've some other reason to use a z or q mafs.
