'95 240sx Air Conditioner Problem

The other day I turned on my a/c and found it wasn't working correctly. When I turn on the fan between numbers one and three the tacometer increases like the a/c is working, but I don't get anything blowing. When I turn it all the way to four though it works perfectly fine. I think it might be something gone bad like a resistor controlling the fan settings. Anybody have any suggestions for tackling this issue. Thanks

Yeah your blower resister's blown. Time to order a new one from the dealer.
