My air is freezing in the morining, I can see my breath in the car. In the afternoon it's only cool when I am moving. When at idle it will blow cool, but not cold. Not the same temperature as when I am moving. Anyone know what this could be?

I have an electric fan as well, I was thinking maybe the fan isn't pulling enough air or something. Please help, it's hell hot in Florida in the middle of the day.

More than likely your electric fan is not pulling enough air. Be careful running the a/c until you get this taken care of. Damage could result if it gets too hot.

the ac will cut off if it gets to warm assuming nothing is wrong with it. I agree with the post above, that more air needs to go though it. One thing that influences the temp of the air inside the car is the temp outside. If it is very hot outside, it may have a hard time cooling it down.

What I do here in GA in the summer is put it on recycle, but mine still doesn't blow super cold in city driving, were as on the interstate it can blow frost out the vents.

The dual pressure switch should cut the compressor when the pressure gets to high and the temp switch on the compressor should cut out when it gets too hot, but I have seen enough blown safety valves to preach caution.
