I have a wiring problem, obviously, and I dont really know how to set it up other than just get to it. The passenger-side turn signals are on continuously (not blinking), no matter what, while the battery is connected. The fuse will blow unless one of the connecters that is on the bottom of the steering column is unplugged. I believe it is a connecter that controls the headlights, tail lights, and dash lights. The indicator for the turn signal will stay on, continuously, even with the lights are unplugged. The driver-side turn signal will functions unless the hazard button is pushed. If the hazards are engaged, then all four lights stay on, continuously, without blinking. If the hazard button is unplugged then the driver side signal will not work at all but the passenger-side indicator will stay on as before. If I replace the 10v fuse for the tail lights with anything up to a 25v, the it will blow. If the fuse is replaced with a 25v, then the tail lights function as normal but two wires that are to the plug above and to the right of the earlier stated plug begin to burn.

Help....

That sounds like a definite short to power. Upping the Amperage of a fuse is decidedly a bad idea. If you or a buddy has access to a wiring diagram for the lighting system and a Volt-Ohm Meter you should be able to find where your unintended power is coming from. I would start with the G/Y wire that is the power feed for the RH Turn signals. Get the EL section of the FSM. If you don't feel comfortable chasing electrical issues, expect to pay anywhere from 0.5hr to a few hours depending on how deep the short is on the harness (and how honest your mechanic is)
