Sounds like a good deal to me. Around here you can't even find them anywhere. When we went and looked at the SE-R spec-V for my ex-girl... the salesman wanted to get his hands on my 95 s14. He said he's been looking everywhere for one, and had no luck. After I told him that it wasn't the trade vehicle... he said, "Oh I didn't want you to trade it in for the Sentra, I would have bought it off you personally." In the Northeast they are very rare, and sell at a premium. 5g's is a pretty good price.

Great price considering I'm paying $5000 for my '96 SE with 121k miles....

buy it. i paid 6500 for my 95, which took me forever to find, then after i wrecked that im now paying almost 15,000(after interest, taxes, and all that good stuff) for my 96. theyre getting harder to find, thats why i had to pay so much, it was the only one i could find that hadnt been abused or mistreated. just make sure its in good shape, especially if your buying from a dealer. if so, get it quickly.

Florida is like a spawning ground for 240's of all kinds. Mine CAME from florida ending its trip at a Honda dealer here in Maine. Sometimes they make the migration north, but not very often.

Mine came from Florida too, until Daunttless somehow got a hold of it. Now I have it...in Iowa

red240ne: There is a 97 for sale in Sioux City IA (right on the NE border, 90 mi N of Omaha) for $7000 I think. Nice looking, red, SE.

oh i dont miss the money at all, shes puttin a big while in my wallet though considering im still in high school and paying $200 every 2 weeks and plus all the tickets i seem to get. maybe cops just have a thing for my 240. i am just about the only one at the races, well the only descent one i think. ive seen 3 others occasionally, but theyre all ricey. (shivers) makes me disgusted. but i dont miss one cent of it, its all worth it.

Yup, the Northeast sucks. I managed to get my 96 base for 5600 with 80k.....it took me 5 months to find. Every other S14 I found was auto...and for some reason white. S14s are VERY hard to find in the Northeast.
