95 240 engine stumble!

ok, I just got this car w/ 139,000 miles on it, and when I turn off the AC the engine stumbles! I replaced the spark plugs,distributor cap & rotor, battery terminals. I just put a full tank oif gas in it, and it's starting to stumble every now and then W/ the Ac on? I'm confused as hell, and help would be nice!

In my opinion, it could be alot of things. First things first though I would definitly do a tune-up.

My first impression is the iacv/aac. it should bump up and let more air in to deal with the drag from the ac being on, but doesn't sound like it's goin on.

where is the IACV located??
