95 240...change distributor?

i have a 95 240..and while i was driving, the engine just turned off..and i had to roll into a parking lot. when i try turning on the car, itll turn on but idle extremely low and just turn off. and ill try it again and try to give it gas and it will still turn off.now it doesnt even turn on. i changed the cap and rotor and its still not turning on. i also checked to see if the spark plug wires were firing and there is no firing. so would i need to change the entire distributor ? or do something else

try pulling off a vac hose(like the brake booster hose) and having a buddy spray starting fluid in the motor while you try to start it. you may have to work the gas pedal. this could indicate a fuel problem.

yeah...i think its my fuel pump..i checked to see if any fuel shot out of my fuel line when i tried turning on the car..and no fuel was coming out.

yeah, check the fuel pump.
