94Q45 throttle body

i have a 94 Q45 that seems to idle low so low the car kinda bounces up and down.at highway speeds she seems to loose power cleened maf.new fuel filter.new trans fluid.airfilter.went to clean throttle out and noticed the little round door was opened horizontaly manually moved it open and close but i didnt see where it was hooked to any linkage.HELP!also is the big cooling fan supposed to run constantly?even dead cold its running a hundred miles an hour

Take it to a qualified technician for proper diagnosis-sounds like it could be dangerous to drive in this condition.

Your car has TCS. thats not the throttle body, the TB actually bolts to the plenum... Go a little closer to the plenum and you'll see it...

The big fan will be spinning all the time, its belt driven.
