94Q headlight problem

Hey guys, my 94Q recently had some very stupid headlight problemThe passenger side headlight cant be turned on any more. But if you turn on the highbeam, both the low and high beam lights are on, so the bulb is fine without doubtany suggestions guys?

actually it's a new bulb

hopefully nothing very hard to fix
