I found a 94 Q45 with 60,000 miles for sale in Beaverton, Oregon. It's dark green with tan interior. The owner sent some photos but they weren't very detailed, and few of the interior. They said they could provide more photos. The body doesn't show any noticeable dents. They do not have much history on the car, but said they could get some. They started out at about $4,000 but need to sell the car and want offers.

If some one lives near there, and they'll lower the price, it might be worth a look. The owner's email is [email protected]

Unfortunately, if you run the numbers a low mileage 94 Q45 isn't worth a lot more than an average mileage car.

14 years old means it's going to need a plenum job soon, and probably shocks all around. I would guess the transmission mount is shot ...

Actually, now that I try to add it all up, the low mileage is probably worth more than a person would think, to a NICO member. Once you get the bugs out, the next 100,000 miles will be fairly low cost. But then .... how long are you going to keep it? You may not get the fruits of your labors.

If I was out shopping for one, I just might buy this one sight unseen for $3000. Beats anything else out there. Put another $3000 into it ...

Dunno.

Just ask if he took it to Eric and Beaverton Infiniti. I know he maintained a 1994 for his dad. If not, then who knows what you are buying?

Definitely worth a look at the dealer performed service history.

One problem with unusually low mileage, besides rotting and deterioration, is that a lot of flaws and issues that would have been repaired have yet to show themselves.

[For example, 90-91 Qs with trannys that often took a dump at 40-60k.]

The service AND driving history matters. If it was driven for 5 years and left to rot, then its going to get expensive before it gets cheaper.
