94 VH45DE emissions removal

I Just bought a 94 Q45 for the VH to begin my swap into a 91 240sx coupe. I plan on using the stock Q45 ECU. What are the problems with pulling the emissions off the engine the same way that one can on a KA?

To avoid the eventual question as to why, it would be to clean up the engine bay which is going to be tight enough without a snake's den of little rubber hoses running all over the place.
