94 Sentra center console removal

How is the center console removed from a 94 Sentra? All the screws are out but it is trapped under the front seat seatbelt assemblies. Whats the trick to removing it? Do I need to remove the center of the dash as well and pull the console forward? Any info greatly appreciated.

You need to slide both seats forward as far as they will go and that should make the extra screws easy to access and don't forget that you need to unscrew and pull the outer plastic of your center dash.
