94 Q45t Ignition system problem ??

94 Q45t 178k its had its share of problems, the car has been running fine I parked it at work for a few hours when i went to start it this happened. This is the first time this has happened at the moment the car wont start after key has been turned to start, I get nothing I've research all the thread I could find on the problem, I have changed out all the relays in the fuse box (3) and the starter relay., still nothing I've tried to start in Neutral and get the same nothing as if it has no power,no cranking all I hear is the relays clicking

Try tapping on the starter if you can get in there.

But make sure the car is unlocked first before you go replacing things. Unlock the car from the passenger side or the trunk.

When starter burns out,turning ignition key results in silence{except you should hear relay closing if hood/doors/windows are open and you are listening for it.
