On Monday 10/29 I have my Q scheduled with Eddie -master Infinity mechanic with Scottsdale's EuroImports group.

He'll be checking over my ACTSYS, but I'd like to know if anyone could advise me about what I should expect regarding the replacement of one, four, or all lifters in light of their first failure.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and reply...

I've driven her 20,000 of her 126,000 miles and have enjoyed every one of them!

Are you asking about HLA, accumulators or struts?

Check the writing on the trunk of your car.

My shadetree mechanic thought it was a strut.

All 9 accumulators were refilled over 20,000 miles ago via Texas Oil.

Where to look for writing in the trunk?

Yes, the passenger rear strut is leaking fluid. I'm told this is one of 4 hydraulic devices the ACTSYS controls.

You should call Keith. He might have used spares, and even may have found the seals to recondition them by now - he was looking for them.

The part you're referring to is an "actuator" - same as a strut. I can't see any reason to replace all 4. New ones are s-s-spendy. Call Keith.
