If your mechanic did a powerbalence test ask him to tell you what cylinder is mis firing. From that you can replace the spark plugs. If the problem persists then take the coil from the cylinder that is misfiring and swap it with another known good cylinder. If the problem has moved to the known good cylinder than you know that it is a bad coil. Or you can just buy one coil and start replacing one by one to weed to the bad cylinder.

Ohm your injectors (and knock sensors). A 10 minute DIY job with a voltmeter.

not to much maintenance i did a conversion swap on the hydraulic suspension cause it was broke. regular oil changes with ext. perf. mobil one. other than that i got the car last year for 500 cause the suspension and fixed it for cheap so it was a steal. it has 118k on it. just recently i had 2 pins fixed on my computer and another six were loose. now im going into a tune up and looking to know all i should do.
