Hi,

My 94 Q45 right front side seems to be a lower compared to the driver side. The number of fingers which can fit between the passanger side top of tire and fender is about 2 fingers less compared to the driver side.

What would be the cause of this suspension problem? 1. Tension Rod/bushing?2. Upper link/third link (which has been making squicking sound on and off for quite some time.

Another thing I notice is if you look at the tire from the back in an angle while standing up you will notice the upper section of rim/tire is tilted inward....

I need to know how to diagnose. Thanks

Once again, we need a maitenance history. Specifically, when and how much of the suspension rubber and shocks did you replace?

The question is do you want the car to be level as driven or sitting still.

The front springs are 146 pounds per inch, so a 146 pound driver in the seat would lower the car an average of 1 inch if exactly placed in the precise center of gravity POINT.The drivers seat is left of center so it works out 2/3 on the driverside and 1/3 on passenger side.

Remove and measure oem springs and use a spring tester to find exact spring stiffness at ride height.

Determine the car weight under each of 4 wheels simultaneously with electronic scales.

Remember 22.5 gallons of gas weighs 145 pounds depending on temperature and density so that can change rear ride height by 0.6" per side from empty to full.
