Either you're leaking gas somewhere, or you're running really rich. I'll move this to the Q forum so you can get some better help.

ok thank you, i did some research and it might be my fuel injectors....im going to change the fuel injectors, valve cover gasket(because a month it used to smoke white smoke into the car, ALOT OF smoke, and now it doesnt happen), and i think my fuel pump is going bad, im also going to get a transmission flush just in case

Where are the gas fumes coming from (engine compartment or exhaust). Also when you say leaking, you mean leaking water out the tailpipe. Mine was leaking alot out the tailpipe, and giving out alot of white smoke when I first bought it. It was from letting it idle for a long period of time, and water getting collected in the exhaust. A couple WOT hit stopped it :D. White smoke could also mean a rich condition or water in the combustion chamber (coolant). Did it stop after replacing the Coils, fuel filter, and MAF?

i smell the gas fumes in the car and outside, mostly on the drivers side where it is strong.....the tailpipe looks like its leaking water, it sort of drips out....the white smoke stopped but i cant remember if it was after or before....and my transmission fluid is blaaaaaaaaack, if i get a transmission flush will that make my acceleration and shifting better as well as idling?

A transmission flush isn't going to help with acceleration but it will help shift better.

Is the check engine light on? If so, have you puled the codes?

Before you replace all your injectors not a bad idea to ohm test them and the knock sensors.

Also check to see that the MAF connector is tight, clean of corrosion and coated in dielectric grease. They should all look like the middle pin. If you have corrosion on the MAF connector you probably have it on the CAS connector and the throttle position sensor and these should be cleaned, tightened and lubed also.

once in a blue moon my check engine light comes on....my MAF is new....what can cause slow acceleration even when the gas pedal is to the floor from 0-2 rpms..i also hear like a buzzing sound from the trunk, could it be my fuel pump?....i will have to get a diagnostic done somewhere

If you hear a buzzing noise from the trunk then its the fuel pump that needs to be replaced. Check the fuel pressure at different RPM's (While driving) or force the Control Unit for the pump to go through all three modes.

3Q Jay rebuilds the Fuel Pump Control Units.

Many say that if you buy the best fuel money can buy (Free of ethanol if possible) and 93 octane or better of course, Change the fuel filter at least yearly. Or check the fuel pressure after the filter every once in a while your OEM fuel pump will last at least 100K miles. They also say to keep the fuel tank above 1/2 full or more to keep the fuel pump cool. But Qship96 says the fuel pump is cooled by the fuel that runs through it.

I would say go with a OEM fuel pump. But its been a while since I was a post whore here and I have lost some Q45 knowledge. If your not afraid to do the fuel pump yourself and its warm where you live or have access to a warm place (To replace the fuel pump) then go with OEM used or aftermarket.

Either way check the pressure after installing the fuel pump and make sure its kosher with whats in the service manual.
