is there any way to pressure test the hoses under the intake plenum so I know they have a good seal before I re-install the plenum? can I use a radiator pressure tester to bring the pressure up to check for leaks? Thanks

yeah you could do that but i honestly wouldnt worry about it.. Just double check it , and then double check your double check... The way the coolant hoses work under the plenum (especially the big ones) is you shouldnt even have to have a clamp on them to stay sealed.....

What hoses are in question for you?

I was concerned about the 2 hoses and the connections where the coolant flows from one head to the other, I don't want to put everything back together than find out something is leaking.

When I put everything back together the first time after replacing the radiator, I left the rad. cap off when I started the car, took a few seconds before I realized coolant was spraying everywhere. The next day after work I saw coolant under the car, I checked the radiator connections but they are all dry, I think I didn't tighten the radiator petcock fully.

Than I noticed coolant in the valley under the plenum, I think that may have been there from when the rad. cap was off. I also found a hose that I must have left the clamp off, the one that goes from the "y" looking pipe up to the TB.

Well none of this matters for a while now that I have to find a new/used plenum after I cracked the stock one, it hasn't been a good week!!

Check out eBay. If there are none, I may have a link to one in Tacoma.

Also Pop Pop probably has one in Infiniti Parts Forum.
