I own a 1994 q45 and have been having some issues:

I drove the car to work and parked it, came back to car and went to crank it and nothing.... i notcied the ig. fuse was blown so i replaced it drove home worked great then the next same thing. replaced it then while driving it blew. it just kept blowing after ever turn on and long sit, then the problem increased it just started popping after crank. then i replaced it zip-tied wires (which i though might be the problem cause after i wiggled them it would start just fine) and the car worked for a week with no blows. then the hicas light would fliker not a pattern just flicker like it didnt know if it wanted to light up or not. after it would flicker the car would blow a fuse. it all started immed. after car was cranked. then this week end i replced the fuse it worked fine till i made a u turn at a light. blew a fuse. then later that day blew a fuse after starting once it sat for an hour. some times i get it in gear and once i do sometimes its a min or so after in gear well i drove it last night and it blew a fuse coming up a hill and i replaced it worked fine. then i went to leave this am and it just popped then after every start then it started blowing with the key in on position but not started (cause as soon as i put fuse in to crank it would blow,

other weird things:
once started the idle goes up and down till abt 500 but if i give it gas for a sec it will idle about 900
radio lights dont work but radio does untill a few mins of driving then lights come on
hicas flickers randomly sometimes, hasnt did it all weekend though
OH AND MY PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT AND HIGH BEAM WONT TURN ON. BUT WHEN ALARMS SET OFF THE FLASH.. BLUBS ARENT BLOWN

please give me some input idk if its elect. or my ign. switch or my starter

I would start with taking the trim off the steering column and inspecting the wiring. The tilt/telescope columns are known for gradually wearing through the wiring harness and causing shorts...

Put a fuse in the slot and start jiggling the wiring harness. If the fuse blows when you wiggle a certain area, your problem lies in that vicinity. Also, get a wiring diagram and check the operation of the ignition switch and the turn signals, horn, etc. Make sure the components themselves aren't shorting out...

Take the fuse out, and check for continuity to ground on both sides of the holder. Whichever side has cont. to ground is the side to focus on. Check the diagram and start chasing wires! :(

So ive been working on this car and i have it torn apart and i found out that one of my relays is staying open, I think it has to do with a fusible link but i cant seem to locate them, Even if this isnt the solution i would still like to know there where abouts!
I have the best book money can buy for the car, it has tons of wiring digrams which have got me this far, but im not expert so maybe you guys can help me
