94 q45 headlight relay

94 Q45 headlight inoperative came on , right headlight out. checked the bulb and it is good, checked power to headlight socket with test light and all three terminals showed hot. I grounded the center, ground terminal and blew the fuse. It seems the circuit isn't grounding somewhere and I suspect the headlight relay. Because they want over $200 and it's non returnable I was hopping someone may have some insight into this problem. I am new here and tried looking through previous posts but didn't see this problem

Each headlight has its own relay, correct? if so try swapping relays...

Also, I did a quick search and found a relay for around $75 at rockauto

Thanks, I found one on rockauto as well, it should be here in a week or so, fingers crossed. I only found the 1 relay so not sure if there are 2
