Hey 94 -
I had the identical same issue on my 95 Q when I bought it... It's damn near impossible to get to, and it's not really a "freeze plug" as we're used to (like on older motors).
Here's what I did: Get a long-handled wire brush and some brake cleaner, clean the area real, real well. Get some JB Weld mixed up and coat the area well, making sure to press it into the seams around the plug. It'll be a bit messy, but functional. Let it cure for 24 hours and you'll be good to go. My "fix" lasted 6 years, and probably would have lasted longer but something else (unrelated) on the motor gave way.
